Kempinski, Europe's oldest and most prestigious hotel chain, has announced a new project in Dubai named Kempinski Marina Residences. Managed by Kempinski and built by ABA Group Dubai, this luxurious development is located in the desirable Dubai Marina area.
The project will feature 453 modern homes ranging from 1-4 bedroom apartments to luxurious sky villas and 7 exclusive penthouse suites. Residents will enjoy outdoor terraces with panoramic views of the marina and Dubai skyline, and some units will have plunge pools, hot tubs, and vertical gardens.
Set to complete in early 2028, Kempinski Marina Residences will offer amenities including a residents' lounge, kids' club, a gym with indoor and outdoor pools, sports courts, and landscaped public spaces.
