The Opus is a 21-floor mixed-use building located in Dubai’s Business Bay district. It has a futuristic architectural style and is shaped like a cube with curved edges. Especially striking is the mirror aperture, which is illuminated at night. In the basement the building is united by a common podium, and in the upper part by a three-storey bridge, inside of which there are hotel apartments.
The Opus is designed by Omniyat Properties in collaboration with legendary architect and designer Zaha Mohammed Hadid, who won the Pritzker Prize in 2004.
The complex includes commercial real estate and luxury serviced apartments. There is also a wellness center, retail space, underground parking, café and Michelin-starred restaurant.
For sale are apartments with 1, 2, 3 bedrooms, duplexes and penthouses with 2, or 3 bedrooms. Residential real estate is located on the top floors of The Opus, which offers spectacular views of the Arabian Gulf and the highest skyscraper Burj Khalifa. Office space starting at 3,140 square feet is also available for purchase in the building.
